Meeting attendance is not a standard part of the consultation packages. My primary role is to help families prepare for meetings, organize their concerns and questions, and review documents and next steps afterward.
Attendance may be considered in limited circumstances based on the family’s needs, the purpose of the meeting, and my availability. When approved, meeting attendance is arranged separately and billed at the additional consultation rate.

No. Educational consultation is a separate, private-pay service focused on school concerns, records, communication, and planning. Psychotherapy or family therapy, when appropriate, is scheduled separately under therapy policies and consent.

No. Consultation provides educational information and practical support. It is not legal advice, legal representation, or a substitute for an attorney or formal educational advocate when those services are needed.

No. I can help families understand the types of evaluation that may be relevant and provide resource guidance for qualified assessment providers.

I can provide certain clinical screenings, standardized rating scales, and assessments related to ADHD, executive functioning, behavioral concerns, and social-emotional functioning when they fall within my professional scope and training.
I do not provide comprehensive psychological, neuropsychological, cognitive, or psychoeducational testing. When more specialized testing is needed, I can help families understand their options and connect with qualified assessment providers.

Helpful records may include current or previous IEPs or 504 Plans, school evaluations, report cards, progress data, attendance or discipline records, teacher communication, and relevant private or medical evaluations. description

Yes. If you choose a consultation package, the $160 initial consultation fee is applied toward the total package price.
